Craft Sparkling Tuak
ENDU is a craft sparkling tuak brand celebrating Borneo's heritage. The name references the founder's mother and means "woman" in Iban, honouring women's vital role in traditional yeast-making.
The Collection
Original Sparkling Tuak
A refined twist on traditional Tuak, using single-harvested Bario rice from an heirloom recipe. Natural carbonation is achieved in the bottle, featuring our exclusive ENDU hybrid yeast with two-stage fermentation and sub-zero conditioning. The result is a clean, refreshing sparkling tuak in a glass.
The Profile Crisp and refreshing with notes of green apple, bright citrus, and a clean finish.

A vibrant expression of Sarawak. Our ENDU base is gently infused with organic roselle petals, ensuring a freshly harvested flavor. We honor their vibrant color and complex, medicinal properties, creating a Sparkling Roselle with deep structure and an unexpected tartness. This is our answer to a premium Sarawak Rosé.

Managing Director / Master Brewer
Randy Liew is a seasoned expert in F&B, brand development, and brewery start-ups across Southeast Asia. He has consulted on numerous craft brewery projects in Singapore, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Formerly the Executive Master Brewer of Malaysia's first local production brewery, Randy is also the founder of Craftman Consultancy in Singapore and co-founder of Thirsty Craftsmen Asia. His work continues to champion Asian craft brews on the global stage.

A proud Iban, Shaun Chang is fueled by a passion to honor and elevate his cultural heritage. During the pandemic, he launched a tuak brand, and two years later, partnered with master brewer Randy Liew to transform his brand into ENDU. His mission is clear: to put Sarawak on the global map through ENDU, a drink that tells a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and modern cultural identity.
